This is really a story about customer loyalty, based on the quality of the Executive Support Services we provide. We had worked for years with Mr. Wheeler at Valeant Pharmaceuticals, and it took him six days after moving to his new role at Patheon to call upon us to help him with what has been a series of projects. We do everything possible to help our customers succeed, and to keep them happy. Sometimes it takes them six or seven days before they really miss us.
