The Milken Family Foundation launched its National Educator Awards Program in 1988 to honor outstanding educators across America. The Foundation, founded by Michael and Lowell Milken, hosts a national conference that presents a multi-day working agenda and brings together the best and brightest of American education. The event culminates in the bestowal of a $25,000 cash award to each of that year’s recipients. Aside from the cash award, the attendees participate in discussions of educational policy with government officials and industry leaders, and are exposed to leading edge technologies. South Pacific Image began developing presentations for the Foundation’s key speakers in 1994, and over the years we have been called upon time and again to develop presentations, interactive Kiosks, motion graphics and support for theatrical productions stressing the importance of technology in education. The presentations range from storyboarded presentations that are planned well in advance to the last minute requirements of a corporate executive or visiting politician.
